Rolling display of each QNR respondent's dataset
A link to the QNR was sent by e-mail to all UK Higher Education instituions listed on the Universities UK database and each was directed to each university's respective student service for students with dyslexia. In total, 120 e-mail requests for participation were sent out. To date (14 September 2015) 30 QNR replies have been received equating to a response rate of 25% which provides enough data to work with.
DISPLAY 1:
The rolling display of radar plots show the results from each QNR response received and the profile that each creates is overlaid onto a background showing the mean averages of all dimensions.
The radar plots present an overall picture or 'profile' of respondents' judgment of the frequency or prevalence of each 'dimension of dyslexia' encountered by them in their interactions with students with dyslexia at their respective universities.
Actual results can be viewed by hovering the mouse over any data point and the display in the tooltip shows the mean average above the respondent result for each dimension on that chart.
A commentary on the rationale for this small-scale enquiry is posted on the project StudyBlog with analysis of the data to follow.
